Integrity Infrabuild Developers IPO | The Gujarat-based civil contractor is raising Rs 12 crore via maiden public issue at a price of Rs 100 per share.

The initial public offering of Integrity Infrabuild Developers closed with 2.11 times subscription on May 15, with investors buying 25.28 lakh shares compared to the offer size of 12 lakh equity shares.

The company has received bids for its IPO via 1,157 applications.

The IPO share allotment will be finalised by May 16, and the trading in Integrity Infrabuild Developers shares will commence on the NSE Emerge effective May 20.

The Gujarat-based civil contractor is raising Rs 12 crore via maiden public issue at a price of Rs 100 per share.

These IPO proceeds will be utilised for purchase of machinery and equipment, working capital requirements, and general corporate purpose.
